Manufacturing Process

1. Fluorination Coating
We offer fluorination coating services for HDPE bottles to dramatically enhance their chemical resistance and barrier performance. Through controlled fluorine gas treatment, we modify the inner surface of the bottle, reducing permeation, paneling, and odor absorption. This makes our fluorinated HDPE bottles ideal for agrochemicals, industrial solvents, and other aggressive formulations. By integrating fluorination directly into our production workflow, we ensure consistent quality, durability, and long-term product stability.

2. Plasma Coating
We provide advanced plasma coating solutions for HDPE, PET, and PP bottles to improve oxygen and vapor barrier properties. Using precision plasma deposition, we apply a thin nano-coating inside the bottle without affecting clarity, weight, or recyclability. Our plasma-coated packaging significantly enhances shelf life and compatibility with sensitive or reactive products. This high-performance coating is especially valuable for beverages, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, and high-value formulations.

3. Packaging Development – A to Z (Design Initiation to Execution & Mould Development)
We deliver complete A-to-Z packaging development, handling every stage from concept design to mould development and final production. Starting with design initiation, we work closely with clients to create bottle shapes, ergonomics, and branding requirements. We then move to CAD modeling, prototyping, testing, and refining the structure for performance and manufacturability. Our in-house mould-building capabilities ensure precise, efficient tooling with optimal cycle time and material flow. With full project execution under one roof, we guarantee a smooth transition from idea to finished HDPE, PET, or PP packaging.

4. Labelling
We offer comprehensive abelling solutions for HDPE, PET, and PP bottles, including pressure-sensitive labels, wrap-around labels, heat-transfer labels, and shrink labels. Our process ensures perfect adhesion, durability, and premium visual presentation—tailored to the bottle’s shape and application. Whether the requirement is chemical-resistant labels for agrochemicals or high-gloss labels for FMCG products, we manage the entire labelling workflow to deliver consistent, retail-ready results.

5. Sleeving
We specialize in sleeving services offering full-body shrink sleeves and stretch sleeves for all bottle types. Our sleeving capabilities allow us to achieve 360-degree branding coverage—even on complex or contoured bottles. Sleeves provide superior print quality, tamper-evident sealing, and strong shelf impact. By integrating sleeving into our packaging solutions, we help brands achieve flexible SKU differentiation without additional bottle moulds—simply by changing the sleeve design.
